This book shares the concerns and experiences of menstruation with a variety of people, including junior high and high school students, working adults, and athletes, and provides an opportunity to reconsider the importance of facing your body more comfortably and in your own way.
Rinenna×MWU project
In the book, students from Mukogawa Women's University introduced the ``Rinenna x MWU Project'' that they conducted together with Hirashima, an OG student of the same university.
Through the project with Hirashima, we are introducing how we carried out ``activities to face menstruation'' in order to change the current situation where it is difficult to communicate concerns about menstruation.
