Rinenna official shop has renewed its site system with the aim of providing better services.

Previously, the membership rank was given according to the purchase amount, but only regular flight users will be given the membership rank as "Rinenna Club Member".
We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause to those who have previously subscribed to regular flights, but we ask that you please re-register.
[Until the end of June] If you re-register for regular flights, your old member rank will be carried over to "Rinenna Club"
If you register or re-register for regular mail by June 30, 2023, your membership rank from the old system will be carried over and you will be able to purchase regular mail products at a discount rate according to your rank.
To transfer your membership rank , you will need to register using the email address registered in the old system.
When re-registering your membership information for the Rinenna official shop, please re-register using the email address you registered in the old system to ensure a smooth transfer of your name, phone number, address, and membership rank to the new system.

If you register after July 1, 2023, your rank status will be "Standard".

How to re-register for regular flights
For products that can be purchased on a regular basis, a "Value Regular Delivery" tab will be displayed, allowing you to select the delivery frequency and quantity.
After registering as a member of Rinenna's official shop , please purchase your desired product from the ``Special Value Regular Shipping''.
*From June 11, 2023, the product lineup available for regular delivery will be reduced.
There may be times when the products you have been ordering via regular delivery are no longer available. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
You can pay in conjunction with regular products.
Under the old system, it was not possible to purchase regular items and regular items at the same time, but after the renewal, it is now possible to pay for regular items and regular items at the same time.
*Payment for regular delivery items can only be made by credit card.
After re-registering, 1000 yen off for the first time, 5% off from the second time onwards!

If you have already registered for regular flights, if you add the product from the "Regular Purchase" cart on the product page, you will be signing up for two regular flights.

You can change the delivery cycle
You can choose the delivery cycle from 1 month, 2 months, or 3 months.
If you feel like you have a lot left over this month, you can skip the next delivery.
Continuous skipping is possible up to 2 times.
*If you wish to change the product or cycle, please do so from My Page at least 3 days before the scheduled delivery date.
You can expedite your next delivery by ordering now.
When you feel like an item is going to run out sooner than expected, you can order it right away with a regular delivery option instead of purchasing additional items.
You can also change the product details, so you can purchase the products you need at regular shipping prices.
Regarding cancellation of Rinenna Club
You can cancel your subscription after the fourth scheduled delivery is completed .
